Ync is a new restaurant in NYC that specializes in raw food. It’s a small establishment, about the size of a dining table, and the food is very good. The chefs put everything on the plate in a very small amount of time. The result is a meal that is very filling, yet very light.
What I really love about Ync is that they don’t have any salads or sides. Everything is raw. There is no butter, no cream, no cheese, no sauces, no sauces. It’s all raw. I love that.
