It’s the same for most of us. We hear people say things and think that they’re a good idea or something that they should do, but they’re not really thinking and feeling the same way about the issue. In other words, they’re not being mindful. They’re following the same pattern of thought and behavior that they had been doing for years.
The problem is that what we are doing isn’t really mindful. We’re not really taking the time to feel and think the way it feels to be someone who cares about the things that we value. We’re not really feeling the way that someone who has had their heart broken can feel. We’re not really feeling what it feels like to have had enough of something. We’re not feeling the feeling of having enough time to do something.
When we are doing so much as a society, we rarely do anything with the time we have left. We make a lot of decisions, we act on them, and then try to take one more step. We don’t really take the time to think about the way that we feel. We don’t really take the time to feel what it feels like to be someone who cares about the things that we value. We don’t really feel the feeling of having enough of something.
It’s easy to make a lot of decisions and act on them, but that’s not what we do. We don’t act on them. We don’t really care about the things that we value. We care about the things that we feel. We care about how we feel.

In today’s world, there is a lot of information being pushed through the airwaves about the human condition. From a young age, we’re all taught that if you don’t like something, you can always complain about it. In fact, there is a saying that goes like this: “If you don’t like something, complain about it.” If you don’t like your job, complain about your job. If you don’t like your friends, complain about your friends.
I’m pretty sure “complain about it” and “complain about your friend” is something some people have heard before. But when it comes to feelings, the word “complain” seems to be getting lost. If we complain about something, we can be sure that there is a reason why we are doing it. Complaining about something doesn’t mean that it is a bad thing.
The word complain in this context is actually a verb and not a noun. By asking if something is a “complaint” you are telling me that it is an action, an emotion, or a state. In other words, you are talking about an activity rather than an individual. Complaining is an action. So, when I complain, I am trying to get my way. I am trying to get the goal of my complaining.
