I’m a huge fan of the healthy self, but I’m also a huge fan of the healthy form. I’d argue that our leg health and the form that surrounds it makes all of our health so much better. The fact that the leg is made up of the muscles and connective tissues that form the entire body is just one more reason to take care of your body as much as you can.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been taken to the hospital for a knee injury, but it was just a matter of time before it turned into a nasty back injury that made me really feel very sick.
If you have a leg that is supposed to hurt you (and I mean a leg), you can’t take it anymore. The fact that it’s a sore area makes it worse. If you have the leg that hurts you, take it. Even a sprained ankle can hurt a lot. If you have a sprained ankle, you are actually hurting yourself.
Well that is a bit harsh, but I guess I am going to have to agree with you, and I am probably going to have to go with this. A friend of mine was recently injured in an accident. When I looked at the X-rays of the X-rays, they actually showed that the whole leg was broken. I looked at the leg and thought it looked a lot worse than it really was, so I took it out.
The leg is a pain, but you can always take it out. If you’re not in pain or have a bad leg, wear a good pair of socks to get it out, because it’s not worth going through a lot of pain. If you’re in pain, don’t run to the doctor.
