Nampa is a great community that has so much to offer. It’s home to an array of talented podcasters who are passionate about their work and eager to share their knowledge with the world! In this blog post, we will list 13 podcasts from Nampa worth listening too.
These podcasts have been found to be some of the best ones in Nampa and are ranked by popularity. They all offer great content, we hope you enjoy them as well!
-Best Buy Joe’s Garage: Joe is a student at Boise State University and runs his own podcast on automotive repair. He does repairs for people that can’t afford it or don’t know how to do it themselves. He also offers advice about car care too! This has become one of our favorite podcasts because he really knows what he’s talking about, so we highly recommend this one if you’re interested in cars or looking for someone who can fix your vehicle. One example episode is called “Honda Jazz Brake Pads Replacement” where they teach you how to replace your brake pads.
-The Nampa Empowerment Hour: The woman who runs this podcast is a server at the restaurant we go to and she has two daughters with special needs, so her episodes are all about empowering women who have disabilities or children with disabilities. They also talk about books that can help you understand disability better. She talks in detail about different topics like child abuse, mental health issues, learning difficulties, speech impediments and more! We always feel really good after listening to each episode because they’re motivating as well as educational; it makes us want o be able to do even more for people like her whose lives are hard but still full of love.
We hope these podcasts will keep giving you life and joy, so you can keep on doing good work for other people.
Podcast Name: I’m Still Here Podcast
Location of podcast: Idaho Falls 43 minutes away from Nampa. They are a non-profit organization with the goal to help families who have loved ones in prison or jail get back into society by providing them resources that will support their transition home. Some episodes are dedicated to interviewing family members about how they made it through this difficult time without giving up hope; those are always really emotional but also very powerful! The other guest interviews they do usually discuss topics like what is parole? What does reentry mean? How do we release someone after serving time? And more. This is one of my favorites because they give a whole new perspective on the world.
