They are not just smart because maybe they think they’re smart, they are actually very smart because they have mastered what they know. And they have mastered how to use what they know to generate new ideas and get the best results.
Well, that brings us to the business staffing industry, and the fact that texoma is really taking it to the next level. They are not really looking to recruit people because they really want to know what you know. They are looking to hire people that have mastered what they know and are hungry for more. So, for example, they are hiring tech-savvy people who are looking to learn everything they can about what they do.
texoma is really pushing the idea that it’s all about the skills you’ve learned. You have to be able to read and understand a situation and know how to solve it. It doesn’t matter how much time you’ve spent on a topic, or how good your resume is, if you don’t have the ability to read the situation and figure it out.
Theres nothing wrong with learning how to do something, but its important to know what you know. You dont want to hire someone who has no clue about what theyre doing, and vice versa. These managers know what theyre doing. They know how to get results, and they know how to get out of the hole theyve dug themselves into. These people have been trained to do what they do, and they know just what they have to do to get results.
But you gotta know how to do things and know what you know. And that is a completely different skill set. Some people are just better at it than others, but knowing what you know isn’t always easy.
