This is a really great trick, and I use it all the time when I want to get into a little routine around the house. When I get into my routine, I want to keep it going. But the problem is, it can be so easy to slack off. I mean, I don’t want to be a robot. I don’t want to be boring.
I think when it comes to rotating furniture, that is a great way to make sure you get into a routine. This isn’t just a theory, though. I’ve actually tried it myself. When I’m in the car, I flip the car seat over and then in the back seat, I rotate the seat, just to make sure that I’m still in the same position.
I’m not sure who’s to blame for this, but it definitely isn’t me. I do it every night and have never once noticed that it’s a bad habit. I just think it’s very nice and that I should do it more often.

And our thoughts are often very good at predicting what we’re going to do next, which often leads us to do what we usually do but in a completely different way. That’s because our thoughts are the product of an unconscious mind. One of the things that we learn in business classes is how to think like a machine.
