I hope you love this recipe because I have been making it for a few years now. It’s a healthy and tasty way to incorporate a large amount of vegetables in one dish. You can add your favorite meats, cheeses, and spices when making it, but this is my personal favorite. I like to serve this dish with a side of corn tortillas, rice, beans, and fresh vegetables. This is such a great way to incorporate fresh produce into your diet.

And if you keep adding more spices and more foods to the mix, it is said that you can make a really intense chili.
A couple of weeks ago a friend and I went to a Mexican restaurant and they had this amazing, simple salad they made. They put it on a plate, took a few bites, and then made Madascargar. It was like eating chicken and rice but with all the vegetables you would find in a Mexican restaurant. It was very impressive. Then I remembered I had not posted a recipe for Madascargar.

I had an idea for a recipe, but not quite enough to post it. So I started researching what you would put in a Madascargar recipe.
I haven’t tried to make Madascargar, so I have no idea what it’s like, but it sounds like the ingredients are going to be similar to the ingredients in a pasta dish.
