I am a big fan of the “No More Secrets” philosophy in my life (www.julepod.com). I have a life philosophy that I teach to my clients and I always encourage them to follow. What this means is that I will share my secrets and give you the tools to make the same decisions I’ve made, even if you are not a coach.
As a professional journalist I have always enjoyed the idea of using the words “self-awareness” and “self-awareness-advice” to help people understand why they don’t like the way they look at their body, and why they don’t like how they look at their clothing.
Julepod is a blog that I started after a lot of people told me how much better they felt after reading my previous blog. I am here to share my thoughts on self-awareness. I am not a doctor, therapist, or a nutritionist. I am a self-aware person who likes to make people feel more comfortable in their own skin.
Self-awareness is the ability to recognize that we have thoughts, feelings and behaviors we are not quite aware of. It is the ability to know what is real and what is not. A good self-awareness will help us be aware of our own biases and avoid acting on them. Self-awareness includes noticing our feelings and emotions, understanding ourselves so we don’t act on them, and recognizing our own inner qualities so we don’t act on them.
A good self-awareness can help us become aware of our actions and our thoughts. Our actions are a reflection of our feelings, so we have to be aware of our actions and feelings before we can change them. We have to be aware of our own feelings and emotions before we can take action to change them.
Self-awareness is one of those concepts that’s hard to put into words, because it means a lot of different things to different people. Self-awareness includes being able to understand ourselves so that we can take action to change ourselves, it also includes being able to recognize our own inner qualities so that we dont act on them, and the process of self-awareness is itself a process of growth.
Now that we’ve been able to identify ourselves, and what we actually want (or don’t want) to be, we can begin to determine what action we need to take. Self-awareness is about knowing what we want and what we don’t want to be. To me, self-awareness is about figuring out what you want to be and what you don’t want to be.
What you want to be, and what you dont want to be, is two different things. Now some things we may say we want to be, but what we dont want to be is a problem, because that means we dont have the right skills, and we dont have the right habits, and we dont have the right motivation to do the things we say we want to do.
We don’t want to be stupid. We don’t want to be lazy, we don’t want to be self-centered, we don’t want to be selfish, we don’t want to be lazy, or self-centered, or selfish. In other words, we DONT WANT TO BE.
The julepod is a game that is played with a similar structure to chess. To win or lose you must follow a set of rules that you learn through practice. It’s a game where you set up a board and try to get things to work in a way that will lead to your opponent’s victory. We can call this the ‘play’ because you play the board against your opponent.
