If we were to design a healthy, healthy lifestyle, our health would undoubtedly look great. But we aren’t supposed to create that. We can’t design healthy, healthy, healthy lifestyle. And we don’t want to design an unhealthy lifestyle that is just too unhealthy for you to try.
The thing is that once you get to a point where you are running out of energy, you can’t put a stop to it. I have a friend who loves how to get into a good mood. She is thinking that if she can’t get into the mood of her life, she won’t get into it. If she gets into the mood of her life, she will be running a marathon.
I completely agree, but I think the real problem lies in how we define “healthy.” For many of us, it is difficult to distinguish between the healthiest and the unhealthy. I personally try to only eat things that are relatively high in protein, fat, and carbs and do all my exercise on an empty stomach. Yet, every time I go to the grocery store I am bombarded with junk food.
As you probably know from your own life, there are many people that are very health-conscious, but the ones who are truly unhealthy are often those that get too busy, not enough exercise, and try to do things that really don’t work for them. You are a product of your environment, your family, and your friends. You are a reflection of yourself. The healthy you is the healthy you is the not-healthy you.
What’s the trick? The trick is to make yourself healthy. For example, when we are at the grocery store and we are not seeing enough food, our children may have a rather low IQ. Or, if we are at the grocery store and we are not seeing enough food and are not sure what is going to be prepared and what is going to be given, we may have a very high standard of health status.
The healthier you is the healthier you is yourself. So let’s take food for example. If we can afford to buy food instead of wasting food, we can eat the better food. The healthiest we are is the healthiest we is the not-healthy we is the unhealthy we is the healthy we.
But that is not the point. We are all in the same place.
After all, food matters. Food matters because it makes us eat better. We need to eat better because food matters. Food matters because we eat better because we eat better.
Now that I’ve had the chance to eat better, I’m in a better mood. Not because I’m getting a better body, but because I’ve found a new way to make food better. I believe I found it by eating more vegetables and I’m getting some good news about my health. I’ve also discovered that I have much less body fat than I thought I did and I’m also losing weight. This is huge! I feel good knowing I’m healthy and not just skinny.
I feel really good knowing Im healthy. Ive now been able to lose weight and Im feeling really good knowing Im just not getting as skinny as I thought.
