I’ve been doing this my entire life, and it’s been a real eye opener. I now realize that marketing is something that I’ll always have to do. It’s part of my job to make sure that people know how to find me, where I’m at, and to make sure that they know the services that I offer. I think that this realization has been a real wake up call. I like to think that my business is bigger than just me.
It’s certainly true, marketing is something that Ill constantly have to do. Some of the services I offer are things that I would never think to even think to offer because of how my company is perceived. This is definitely something I have to be aware of, as I can see how its an indicator of the sort of stuff I am into.
We aren’t just talking marketing here. I think that one of the biggest issues with this industry is the perception that it is only good for marketing and that we should just blindly follow the money. It’s not. There are times when the money is just not there. It’s not a bad strategy. We should always be thinking about our customers. Our customers are the reason that I do what I do. And they are the reason that Ill do what Ill do.
I can’t tell you how many times I have heard this in the last month. I don’t care where you’re from, you don’t have to come from the streets to be a successful entrepreneur. What I care about is that you have a vision and you have a plan to get there. That’s what I think a lot of entrepreneurs should focus on. And that plan needs to be very well thought out and well thought out.
As a marketer, you don’t just sell your product. You sell your company’s vision. That is, you sell your company’s mission statement. But that mission statement must be well thought out so it is the driving force behind your business. What makes a good mission statement? I’ll tell you.
First, there is no mission statement that is 100% perfect. The one I use as an example is an e-commerce business. A mission statement should be able to describe the goal of the business. It should be able to describe the products that the product will sell. It should be able to describe the ways that the company (a marketer) will get the product to market. It should also describe the products that the marketer will sell to customers.
For grant marketing, the mission statement is the marketing plan that will help the company raise money. That plan ought to be able to describe the goals of the company in order for the company to succeed. The company’s mission statement should be able to describe how to get the product to market. It should also describe the products that the company will sell to customers. I’m just going to get into the specifics of what we are talking about.

It’s a little more technical and focused toward small business. In grant marketing we aim to generate money to fund specific programs and projects that the company already has.
The idea behind grant marketing is to get your small business to use your funds to actually accomplish a goal. Think of it like your tax break. The money you were awarded is essentially a tax break for the company and you use it to give your company the resources that it needs to grow and become a more successful company. It is also, in some cases, a tax deduction.
