All of the baking technology available today utilizes a variety of ingredients in a variety of ways. Some of these ingredients come in large bags or boxes, some of them are in smaller packages, and some are in single servings. We all have our favorites, but there is no doubt that there is a wide variety of ingredients out there. There is even a category for ingredients that are “in the oven.” This allows the baking ingredients to reach the table in a quick and easy manner.
The only issue I have with the baking ingredients category is the fact that they aren’t specifically labeled. You could call each ingredient a “bake” or “baking ingredient,” but they don’t really do that. I don’t know why, I guess it just happens to be true. Regardless, a bag of baking ingredients is just that, a bag. There is no room in the recipe to indicate which baking ingredients are in the bag.
