The same voice and company name have been noted in other complaints against this bogus caller. I was told by John that he had to update my account information from an online form because it took too long for them to receive something back from me. He needed access to my computer so he could go through all of these forms. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with updating your info on-line but first contact should be done via email or regular mail only and never over the phone where personal identifying information can easily be stolen!
