Content: * You need to keep yourself on a schedule. This is difficult if you don’t have people around, but it’s important for your own sanity and so that clients can rely on you. * It’s okay to take breaks! Remote work can be tiring because we’re not getting the social stimulation of being in an office environment, and taking regular breaks from work will help with this issue. Try shutting off your computer at least every few hours or switching between tasks when possible (e.g., use one hour working then switch). Your productivity may actually increase during these times as well!

– Set an alarm clock instead of relying solely on calendar alarms since they are easy to disable without realizing it – get into a routine

– Create a comfortable work space. This could involve setting up furniture in your living room or kitchen, but it’s also important to find somewhere that has good lighting and an internet connection that is reliable – this might mean going outside for some fresh air!

– Bring pets into the office with you if possible. If not, keep them close by as another source of comfort throughout the day or week. Plus they’re awesome companions while working remotely 😉

* Maintain healthy habits and time management skills (it can be difficult without anyone around) * Stay hydrated – bring water bottles everywhere so you don’t have to constantly go back inside when thirsty !! Keep snacks on hand too for those times when hunger strikes from being away from home.

– Take care of your mental health and think about the needs it may have when working remotely !! ** Exercise – go for a walk or run outside with pets to help relieve stress! ** FaceTime family members, friends, and coworkers more often than you would otherwise so that they know how much you love them !! * Hang out on social media less (it’s easy to get fixated).

Blog Post Writing Tip: “There is power in visualizing how you want things to be.” – Ramon Ray

I love this quote because I know what it’s like being overworked and not feeling fulfilled. It gives us confidence knowing we can improve our lives with a few adjustments.

– Be mindful of your environment! !!Some people get frustrated with working remotely and that can lead to burnout!! !!It’s important for remote workers not to work in isolation, but also be aware of their surroundings – going outside or getting noise pollution is good for the health and will help keep things balanced too!!

Blog Post Writing Tip: “Don’t forget to feed yourself!” – Ramon Ray

That quote reminds me that sometimes we need other human contact beyond virtual meetings or calls. One way I do this is by scheduling occasional trips into the office so my team knows they’re welcome whenever they want to stop by. It makes them feel like part of the family! Plus it helps offset some of the isolation of remote work.

– Use a timer! !!Timers are an easy way to avoid time management problems, as you can set them for various lengths of time and then have reminders pop up on your screen!!

*You’ll need a reliable internet connection if you want to use timers though – they only function when there is access to the web.*

I find that it’s helpful just knowing how much more I’m able to accomplish with this tool. It helps me stick to my tasks without feeling anxious about finishing on time or rushing through things because I’m late. This strategy has also helped me better estimate which projects will be most productive for me in terms of timing requirements given my job responsibilities, so it saves me time then too. – Use a notepad! !!Notepads are an easy way to organize thoughts and ideas when you’re on the go!! *If you’ve got access to Wi-Fi, it’s worth noting that most notes will sync automatically with other devices such as your phone or tablet.* I like using this strategy because I don’t have to worry about anything being lost in my email inbox or accidentally deleting something important without realizing it. Plus, if I’m out of town for work, I can still easily get online and check things from there – so no matter where I am, keeping myself organized is never really hard (unless my laptop battery dies). It also helps me avoid distractions while
